Founders Financial Appoints Hank Multala As Head Of Business Development

Seasoned B/D Exec Joins Firm with Unique 'Interdependent Broker-Dealer' Approach

TOWSON, Md., July 10, 2018 -- Founders Financial Securities, LLC ("Founders"), an RIA and independent broker-dealer firm, today announced the appointment of Hank Multala as Managing Director of Business Development, effective immediately. In his role, Mr. Multala will report directly to Bradley Shepherd, the company's Chief Executive Officer, and assume responsibility for the development and implementation of new advisor recruiting. Mr. Multala will also play an integral role in supporting transition and training for financial advisors who choose to align with Founders.

The addition of Hank Multala furthers Founders' vision to compel advisors to reimagine the traditional dynamics of an advisor-b/d relationship. Founders' focus is on empowering financial advisors to reach the level of success they envision for their businesses by delivering resources, platforms and tools in the mission-critical areas of asset management, practice management and technology.

Prior to joining Founders Financial, Mr. Multala helped advisors to consider, assess, and complete their move to broker-dealers and RIAs through his role in business development positions with large independent broker-dealer firms. Mr. Multala holds over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including serving as financial advisor. He is also a 10-year Navy veteran.
