Jim Rosenberger

Enterprise Operations
Jim leads the Founders operations team, focusing primarily on new account and existing client business processing, custodian and clearing agency relations, and management of strategic projects and initiatives.
Before joining Founders, Jim spent 13 years at a global investment management firm where his most recent role was as Vice President of Derivative Post Trade Obligations and Trade Support. When asked what drew him to Founders, Jim said he was attracted to Founders’ authentic culture and the level of commitment amongst the Founders staff to drive the Founders’ mission forward each day.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland, College Park, and holds the Series 99 license from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
In his free time, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Jim also enjoys cooking (especially BBQ), gardening, and watching ice hockey.
