In 1992, after years of working in the financial services industry, Michael developed a very acute sense of what’s what, even more importantly: what could be. Driven by a passion for serving others and a knack for creating opportunity, Michael put his vision in motion and introduced the world to Founders Financial.

As Founder and Chairman of Founders Financial, Michael takes a different approach to serving financial advisors, one that had never been seen in the industry. It offered independent financial advisors the ability to partner with a like-minded community of professionals and benefit from executive-level guidance and industry-leading resources.

Michael embraces independence and believes, above all else, in serving and empowering each advisor on their unique path to realizing and achieving their fullest potential. As such, the development of the Founders services, platforms, and technology offerings, is directly driven by the insights, input, and ideas of Member Partners. Or, as Mike noted it in our company’s founding documents: an enterprise “Built By, And For” advisors.

As a student of the world, Michael has a fine appreciation for history and reading, especially regarding the “American Experience.” As a civic leader and avid philanthropist, Michael believes in investing his time and resources in local communities to aid in their development and prosperity.
