Virtual Operations Manager
As the Virtual Operations Manager, Philips is responsible for managing the team of virtual operations support and the maintenance of the program’s technology operations.
Philip began his career in the financial services industry, beginning as a client services associates for a financial firm in Towson. His first-hand experience working with financial advisors and managing client operations allows him to better understand the voice of the financial advisor and what they need in their business. Philip was drawn to Founders because of the culture, the commitment to innovation, and the ability to work in an entrepreneurial fashion while still being a part of a team.
