As Managing Director of Marketing and Communications, Steven helps connect those in and outside of Founders with the company’s brand and culture. Steven oversees the day-to-day activities of the marketing and communication teams. He is responsible for developing and executing the Founders’ marketing strategy to help drive the long-term growth of the enterprise.
Steven believes that when used authentically and consistently, marketing can help produce a lasting positive impact on the growth and achievement of one’s enterprise dream. He works tirelessly to bring this focus and approach to Founders and the Member Partner Firms he serves.
Steven’s approach to creating integrated and adaptive strategies enables him to navigate the evolving complex marketing landscape. Throughout his fifteen-year journey, including four years serving as a global head of marketing in the financial payments sector, he has earned experience in digital marketing, content marketing, branding, and product marketing. These experiences uniquely position him to approach his role at Founders with a well-rounded perspective of different strategies and tactics to showcase the culture, values, and solutions available at Founders Financial.
When Steven is not in the office, he is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife and children.
